Bonne Pitance ("the Platform", "the Service") is a software application that provides an interactive question-and-answer engagement system whereby registered users may post predictive questions regarding future events and other registered users may express their opinions on the likelihood of such outcomes by acquiring virtual, non-transferable, non-redeemable digital credits ("Tokens"). The Platform operates exclusively as an internal team engagement, entertainment, and opinion-polling tool.
THE SERVICE IS NOT, AND SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE CONSTRUED AS, A GAMBLING SERVICE, BETTING PLATFORM, WAGERING PRODUCT, FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT, SECURITIES EXCHANGE, DERIVATIVES MARKET, PREDICTION MARKET INVOLVING REAL MONETARY VALUE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF REGULATED GAMING OR HAZARD ACTIVITY. All Tokens distributed, accumulated, or transferred within the Platform are entirely virtual, bear no monetary value whatsoever, cannot be redeemed, converted, exchanged, sold, transferred, or withdrawn for real-world currency, goods, services, or any other consideration of value. Tokens exist solely within the closed ecosystem of the Platform for the purposes of gamified engagement, team-building, and entertainment. Token balances do not represent account balances, deposits, credits, debts, obligations, or financial positions of any kind.
The Platform does not facilitate, promote, enable, encourage, or endorse any form of gambling, wagering, or betting activity. The expression of opinions regarding future outcomes through the acquisition of Tokens constitutes solely an interactive polling and engagement mechanism and does not constitute placing a bet, wager, or any other form of risk-bearing financial transaction. No user assumes any financial risk through participation in the Platform.

The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, adjust Token balances, or alter any aspect of the Platform at its sole discretion without prior notice or obligation.
